BlueCielo Kronodoc 2012 Configuration Guide | BlueCielo ECM Solutions |
Kronodoc documents may have properties that classify them: types, life cycles, status, and custom properties. A document's initial values for these are copied from a workspace template at workspace creation time. However, they can be modified to suit specific requirements as described in the BlueCielo Kronodoc User's Guide.
It is safe to add new property values and to rename existing ones at any time. But property values that are used by existing documents should not be removed.
Managing folder property values is described in the following topics.
